About

Welcome friends. I am so excited to be on this journey with you. There are few things I love more than watching other people find heal, thrive, & find freedom. Watching them begin to step into the fullness of God's plan and purpose for them. The goal of Faithful Legacy is to encourage and comfort, inspire and lift up. My desire is to create a space of warmth, healing, learning, authenticity, and faith filled living. I am so glad that we can walk beside one another in our pursuit of  grounded living, abundance, contentedness, faithfulness, healing, and wholeness. My hope is that the videos, posts, and messages are a balm to your soul and inspire you to seek excellence with grace and pursue purpose. I pray that you know that you are not alone in wanting more from this life than the world has offered. Let us explore the real and steadfast things together.  Love, Lea 💜

The Lost Art of Living: Why Slowing Down Heals the Modern Soul
We live in a world addicted to speed. We rush meals, rush conversations, rush from one screen to the next, rarely pausing long enough to notice what we’ve missed. The modern soul has been trained to believe that productivity is the highest good, and if we can’t measure it in output, then it must not matter. And yet, deep down, most of us feel the ache of it. We sense something vital has gone missing. We long for a slower rhythm, one where our bodies can exhale and our minds can breathe again....
