As This Year Closes - A Farewell to 2025

What an interesting year it has been — for the world, and for so many of us personally.
It feels as though something shifted this year. A quiet awakening. Not loud or dramatic, but steady and undeniable. Many of us began seeing more clearly, discerning more carefully, and learning, sometimes the hard way, what truly matters.
This was not an easy year. It stretched me in ways I didn’t anticipate.
And yet, it taught me more about God’s grace and mercy than perhaps any other season of my life.
There was loss. There were setbacks. There were moments of grief, uncertainty, and questions without immediate answers.
But alongside those things, there was also growth.
Breakthrough. Healing. Clarity.
That tension — holding both sorrow and fruit — feels like the truest summary of this past year.

Quiet Obedience Bears Fruit
One of the most meaningful lessons this year reminded me of is this: obedience often looks quiet while it’s happening, and meaningful only once you look back.
This year brought new subscribers, deeper conversations, and three books that now exist in the world — something I do not take lightly. Each page written, each idea refined, each step forward came through ordinary days of faithfulness, not just grand moments of certainty.
There were times I wondered if anything was moving at all. And then, slowly, fruit appeared.
That’s often how God works.
Looking Ahead With Open Hands
As we step into the year ahead, there is much unfolding.
A fresh space is on the way. There’s an upcoming announcement. Homespun Income will be fully launching, along with its communities. And here, within Faithful Legacy, there will be many new creative conversations — real ones — where we walk through the complexities of life together, rooted not in trends or noise, but in eternal truth.
I feel a renewed sense of purpose for what this space is meant to be: a place for clarity, reflection, wisdom, and truth in a world that often feels disoriented.
Not answers for everything. But grounding for the soul.

Gratitude, Plain and Simple
I want to say this plainly:
There is no this without you.
Thank you for every like, every subscribe, every comment, every message, every share. Thank you for every book purchase, every review, every word of encouragement, every quiet act of support that I may never fully see.
It all matters more than you know.
I am deeply grateful for you.
A Faithful Closing
I love you.I’m grateful for you.And I praise the Lord Jesus Christ in all things.
As we turn the page to a new calendar year, I do so with open hands, clear eyes, and a faithful heart. I trust the One who has carried us this far to continue leading the way.
Here’s to walking forward together — building a faith-filled legacy, one quiet, faithful step at a time.
See you next year...
Love, Lea
